- If you are not completely satisfied with your product we will gladly return it minus any shipping costs.
- Items must be returned (postmarked) within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
- All Sales are final on sale products.
Follow these simple steps to begin the return process.
- Contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to begin the return process.
- Indicate your order # and reason for your return.
- Place item(s) in a sturdy shipping package. If you are returning a partial order it is not necessary to use the original box.
- Include a copy of the packing slip in your package.

For Missing, Damaged/Defective Merchandise:
The customer is responsible for inspecting and counting merchandise at the time of delivery.
- Claims for missing, damaged or defective merchandise must be reported to us at email@example.com within 7 days of delivery.
- A picture of damaged/defective item must be sent to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
- You will be contacted with further instructions.
Please note: Items for Basic Returns must be in the same condition in which they were received to ensure full credit. Items must be returned in original packaging including all accessories.
Products returned after 7 days from delivery will incur a 25% restocking charge which will be deducted from your refund.
